Pet System
Let players hatch eggs for pets that follow them around, with a free library.
The Pet System is a free Superbullet library. Players walk up to an egg, spend Coins to hatch it, and get a pet that follows them around. It comes with a Coins counter, a pet inventory and rarity tiers, and there are no animations to upload.
What It Adds
| In the game | What it does |
|---|---|
| The Basic egg | Shows its four pets and their chances: Dog 45%, Cat 30%, Bunny 15% and Bee 1%. One hatch costs 250 Coins |
| E near the egg | Hatch one egg (tested on this page). R hatches several and T turns auto-hatch on or off |
| Pets button | Opens your inventory, where you equip up to 3 pets |
| Coins counter | New players start with 100,000 Coins |
The keys come from the library's code. Mult at the top shows the bonus from the pets you have equipped.
Before You Start
- A project made with SuperbulletFrameworkV1-Knit (Installation).
- Studio: Active and Studio: Connected at the top of the chat.
Add It to Your Project
Ask for a Pet System in Chat
Type Add a pet system to my game (1), then click Send (2).
Pick the Egg Hatching Pet System
Use marketplace library? lists three libraries all called Pet System. Click the one that says pet system with egg hatching, inventory management, rarity mechanics (1). It's Free. Then click Use selected library (2).
Close the Picker If It Opens AgainOptional
The window can open once more with only the other two Pet System libraries. Close it with ×. The AI keeps the one you picked.
Reply 1 to Install It
The AI describes the Pet System (Free) and asks how to go on. Type 1 (install the marketplace Pet System) and click Send.
Type OVERWRITE and Proceed
Potential Overwrites Detected lists files in red that the library replaces, mostly framework files it brings its own copy of. Type OVERWRITE in the box, then click Proceed. The install takes a few minutes.
What You Should See
In Superbullet, the chat says Pet System (v2.1.1) — Installed Successfully, followed by what's included.
In Studio, an egg stands near the spawn, with a Coins counter and a Pets button on screen.
Try It in a Playtest
Click Play in Studio, then:
Walk Up to the Egg
Walk to the egg. A panel shows its pets, their chances and the price: 250 Coins.
Hatch a Pet
Press E or click Hatch. Your Coins drop by 250 and the new pet appears behind you, with its name and rarity above it. Mult goes up.
Open Your Pets
Click Pets (1) on the left. Your inventory lists every pet you own and how many are equipped, here 1/3 Equipped (2).
Change It
Ask in chat, for example Add a second egg that costs 1,000 Coins. The pets for each egg live in ReplicatedStorage › SharedSource › Datas › Pets › PetConfigs (one folder per egg, one file per pet), and the library explains its parts in Pets › Documentations › MarketplaceLibrary_PetSystemComponents.
The x8 Eggs, x2 Luck, x3 Eggs and x16 Eggs buttons next to the egg are game passes: they ask the player to buy with Robux. They weren't tested here.
Troubleshooting
Pick the one about egg hatching, inventory management and rarity mechanics. It's the one this page tested.
Close it with ×. The AI still installs the Pet System you picked first.
Stand closer to the egg so its panel shows, then press E again.
